Do public social media profile assets count as commercial use?
In most cases no! However Youtube thumbnail art does count as commercial use. The typical upcharge for commercial use is +50% base price, however this is subject to change based on how big the account is.Can I post the finished commission on my Instagram?
You are absolutely welcome to post your finished commision wherever you like! This includes on Toyhouse and Artfight as OC references.Your commission status says open but your slots are full? What does that mean?
If my commission slots are full but I haven't closed commissions yet that means I am still accepting people into my waitlist! When you are waitlisted you might have to wait upwards of a few weeks for your commission to be started. You can ask to be taken off of the waitlist at any time.Your prices have been updated since I have been waitlisted! Will I be charged the old prices or the new prices?
Anybody waitlisted before the price changes will be charged the old prices! I keep a detailed excel document detailing my current clients and my waitlist so no need to worry about whether or not I will remember when you were waitlisted.What does commission status paused mean?
This typically mean that my waitlist is full, however I plan on reopening as soon as the waitlist is gone through! It is essentially saying that my commissions won't be closed for an extended period of time.Do you accept tips?
I absolutely accept tips! However, tips are never expected. It is my job as the artist to make sure I am getting paid enough for my work!

General Policies
-I have the right to reject an offer for any reason
-You must be able to pay either 50% or full price up front before I begin work on the piece
-You are allowed to request changes to the sketched piece twice, and changes to the flat colors twice before a fee of $2 extra will be charged for any additional changes needed.
-If a client goes absent for 14 days with no previous communication about the disappearance the commissioned project will be considered "On Hold," and the commission slot will open up.Usage Policy
-All artwork will include a subtle watermart/signature that you MAY NOT remove under any circumstance
-You MAY NOT use my art for any kind of NFT or crypto currency
-Prices are subject to change
-I am allowed to use the artwork in my portfolio and/or post it in social media unless specifically asked not to
-You MAY NOT use my art for commercial purposes unless discussed beforehand
-You may not, in anyway use the work I create to train AI, use AI to edit my work, or interact with my art using AI in any other possible way.Refund Policy
-You may request a full refund before the artwork has been started.
-You may request a 75% refund after completion of the sketch
-You may request a 50% refund after completion of the line art
-Once the coloring has started you may no longer request a refund.
-Should a refund be requested you will not receive the unwatermarked version of the art in progress. This is to prevent myself from being scammed by sketch farmers.
-Refunds are delivered based on the agreed final price of the commission
